To ensure translations of consistent quality, we comply with our quality policy which can be broken down into four sections:
Procedure
- We only translate into our native language, and conduct the necessary research for a sound understanding of the subject. Our translations are revised by another member of the team. When we submit a translation to you, we welcome your feedback so we can update our client information file.
Lead times
- We agree on a deadline together taking into consideration your requirements and our availability. Once the deadline is set, we undertake to respect it.
Confidentiality
- We ensure that every document entrusted to us is kept strictly confidential.
Terminology
- We search for the correct terminology in order to use a specific vocabulary suited to the field in question. If you have company-specific terminology, we will use it. Simply send us reference material for this purpose.
